These are basic product terms for Pocket Dispatch. They explain the ground rules for using the creator platform during this stage of the product and are not a substitute for lawyer-reviewed terms.
Pocket Dispatch is provided as a creator newsletter platform and may still be in beta. Features, availability, delivery timing, and product behavior may change over time. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
You agree not to misuse Pocket Dispatch, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the product in a way that harms other users, the platform, or related systems. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused.
Pocket Dispatch aims to deliver useful issue drafting and delivery workflows, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery of every message, or error-free operation. The product and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, especially while the service is still evolving.
Pocket Dispatch, including the product experience, branding, and original service materials, remains the property of Pocket Dispatch or its licensors. Using the service does not transfer ownership of those rights to you.
Payments for paid plans are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and is the contracting seller for checkout transactions. Billing operations, including charges, renewals, cancellations, and refunds, are handled through Paddle's systems.
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no additional renewal charge is applied after that period ends.
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the transaction. After this 14-day window, any additional refund rights are determined by Paddle's policies and any mandatory consumer protection laws in the buyer's country. For certain digital-content cases, withdrawal rights may not apply once download, streaming, or use has started after required consent.
Refund requests should be submitted through Paddle: use the receipt or manage-subscription link in your transaction email, the billing support link in checkout communications, or the Paddle buyer support portal at paddle.net. When approved, refunds are typically returned to the original payment method and are generally processed within 14 days of approval.
If sales tax (such as VAT or GST) was charged and you are tax-registered in the purchase jurisdiction, you may be eligible for a tax refund where local law allows. Requests must generally be submitted within 60 days of the transaction date with valid tax registration or exemption documentation.
You can stop newsletter delivery at any time by unsubscribing or by changing settings in the product where available. We may also suspend or end access when needed for operational, security, or policy reasons. For questions about these terms, email editor@pocketdispatch.co.
