Kindle setup for Pocket Dispatch delivery

Use this guide once to make sure your newsletter issues can reach Kindle reliably.

Step by step

Complete setup in a few minutes

Find your Kindle email address

Open Amazon -> Manage Your Content and Devices -> Preferences -> Personal Document Settings. Under Send-to-Kindle Email Settings, find the Kindle email linked to your device or app.

Add Pocket Dispatch as an approved sender

In the same Personal Document Settings section, open Approved Personal Document E-mail List and add editor@pocketdispatch.co.

Confirm delivery destination

In your publication account, make sure the Kindle email is saved correctly so sends target the right device.

Wait for the next issue

After setup, Kindle deliveries will arrive from the approved sender. If an issue does not appear, re-check sender whitelist and Kindle email spelling.

Once sender approval is in place, future issues sent to your Kindle email can be delivered without additional setup. Keep this page bookmarked in case you switch devices.
